• • Any products being sent in for repair must have yourRMA number, name, contact info, and a description of the problem with it. Any products returned without a description of issues or contact info will not be worked on until we are contacted by the customer.

• • All products are covered under a 90 day warranty period unless specified per product.

• • Royal Coats will not be responsible for any shipping charges on products sent in for warranty work.

• • Any products sent in not deemed under a manufacturer defect will be repaired and returned at the customers expense.

• • All products being returned are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee for the products being returned.

• • Products being returned must be in a brand new, unused condition. Anything being returned must be in a resalable condition.

• • RC-1 powder coat systems are covered under a 1 year warranty. Additional warranty services are available for the RC-1 for purchase.

• • Warranty terms above also apply to the RC-1.

• • Consumable parts are not covered under warranty.

• • Additional warranty plans must be purchased at the time of purchase of the RC-1. Monthly warranty plans will be invalid if not purchased simultaneously.

• Royal Coats is not responsible for any import fees on any international shipment

• Import fees will be deducted from the refund In the event Royal Coats has to pay import fees for an undeliverable package.

• Warranty will be voided on any unpaid shipping invoices sent on good faith.

• A minimum 3.5% credit card transaction fee will be deducted from the refund of ALL cancelled orders
